Navigated to Course Audit Policy.
A current student or graduate of West Coast University may choose to audit one course per term based on dean approval and space-availability. Students may only audit a course they have previously completed with a passing grade. A course audit form must be submitted, and approval must be obtained from the program dean prior to the start of the audit term.
Audited courses do not count towards determination of enrollment status for purposes of financial aid eligibility. Audited courses do not fulfill any program curricular requirements. No traditional letter grade will be issued, and the student will not earn credit for the courses. Audited courses will appear on the academic transcript with a notation of “AU” (audited).
